It's Monday

and it's back to business. I was a little worried when I saw freezing rain in the forecast for Monday morning, but was relieved to wake up and see that the teacher who lives across the street was gone already. PHEW!

You know what I've resolved to do this year? Do better. I've got lots of room for improvement and it starts today. Three things on my list for Mondays from here on out are:
  • make bread for the week (looks like my sister has the same idea).
  • do all the laundry. A girl can dream right?
  • plan out Family Home Evening lesson (ahead of time). This one looks like a good one to start out with.
I plan to hunker down on Mondays and get it done. I'll share my tried and true bread recipes later today (if I can catch a break).

Natasha, I need all the help I can get in the FHE department. I just stink at coming up with ideas, and so we usually don't have a very well planned FHE. I bet you have loads of great ideas.

Me too! I was just thinking this, that if I had more good ideas, I'd be better at having FHE. Where do you get yours?
I just found out what teacher lives across the street from you. That's crazy!

Good for you! How motivating. My hopes for Monday were to relax and do a whole lot of nothing. It's working so far, but maybe I aught to work on some new year resolutions. Well...they can wait for tomorrow.

It was good to see you for a "glance" on Sunday - sorry I was rushing to primary (Lot's to do that first Sunday!) We need to get together sometime... I love you goals for the year! I did all my laundry today and it is so nice to know that it is done - for now anyway... Miss ya!
